The fastest way to reach us is by email at support@valetors.com. We aim to respond to all enquiries within one business day.

When contacting support, please include the email address associated with your Valetors account and as much context as possible (booking date, valetor name, screenshots if relevant). This helps us resolve issues faster.

We can help with platform and payment-processing problems -- for example a double charge, a payment that failed, or trouble accessing your account. Email us with the booking reference or date and we will look into it.

Concerns about the valeting service itself -- quality, damage, timing, or the amount charged -- are between you and your valetor, who is an independent business. Please raise these directly with the valetor. If you paid by card and cannot resolve it, you can also contact your bank or card provider. Valetors does not mediate service disputes or issue refunds for completed valets.

If you need to report an account for fraud, repeated no-shows, abusive behaviour, operating without insurance, or anything unsafe or unlawful, you can use our online form or email us at support@valetors.com with as much detail as you can.

We may review reports and suspend or remove accounts at our sole discretion, but we are not obliged to act on any particular report and we do not mediate disputes or guarantee any outcome.

For help with your valetor profile, services, availability, Stripe onboarding, or payouts, email us and we will get you sorted. During beta, our team can make manual adjustments if something is not working as expected.
